Expired Domain VS Expiring Domain - Which is good for long term?

Hi, I am buying domains for PBN now. Do you think buying an expiring domain (from godaddy auctions that is not yet expired) is better for long term? Because google might update a new algo next time to cut off all the power of expired domains?

What do you suggest?

Dropped domains are fine for now, and I don't think they will do that.
 
Expired domains domain age is reset, so Expiring domains have the Advantage of Age.
 
Expiring domains retain their age while expired domains don't, but both of them possess link juice by virtue of the preexisting backlinks they have, so you can use either. I believe that if Google releases an update to devalue expired domains, expiring domains might be affected as well.

They will never do that, because that would be fucking stupid.
 
If Google ever decided to make a change to their algorithm to downweight domains that fully expired, I believe they would only do so from that point in time onwards rather than backdate it. But domains get dropped and then re-purchased every day without the new owners ever realising (I've even seen an internet marketer - though not SEO expert - do this) so to penalise such domains would be harsh.
 
The domains listed in Godaddy Close out (buy now), are those expiring or expired domains?
 
Both are okay only thing is to check by web archive if these domain were not used as network then penalized by google bcs if it is so so no need to buy you will loose. You can see if the content is changed or redirected, etc.
Check ahrefs - Referring domains - let it be more than 20 and backlinks at least 100
majestic trust and those criteria which are important.

Better to buy expired domains which will increase your website ranking and will not drop them ;)

From my reading buy them from expired domains godaddy for example

Expiring and expired domains are good when they're indexed in Google and when the backlink profile is clean.
In the Google's metrics there are important data as the change of the DNS or the change of the contents, for this I think this kind of domains will always maintain their power.
 
Do prefer buying expiring domains from godaddy and it will worth as you're looking for PBN... Age retains in expiring domains and it is important when you go for SEO..

Those are expired domains. If you need expiring domains, go with expiring, most active and ending soon from godaddy.
