Expired domain suitable for money site?

Hi, I just saw a domain 11 years old, and i check wayback archive it shows selling furniture on previous year,

Moz DA 48,
Moz PA 30,
Moz Domains 2.2k,
Majestic TF 5,
Majestic CF 1,
TF/CF Ratio 5,
Magestic Domains 357,
Alexa Total Sites Linking In 120,
google info, google indexed pages, google news pages, cant see anythings

Top Anchors are showing furniture. Indexed pages all showing Page Not Found, Error 404 (Not Found)!!1
I use semrush, majestic to see the domain overview report

can i use this domain to sell clothes, and let it become my product brand?

An expired domain is a great property to do many interesting things and you have already all information for it than carry on

It shouldn't be a problem. If you like the domain name, I wouldn't be scared to use it. The links might not help very much for SEO because Google can see they are unrelated I think, but could provide some traffic for people looking to buy things. If you think the domain name isn't really great for you, I would just buy a brand new domain and redirect this domain or rebuild some of the pages and link to your site.

I can see from the anchors only, that this domain is spammed. All the top anchors are buyer intent keywords. No brand anchors, no URLs, just straightforward intentional SEO. Avoid it.

If its cheap, I would take and give it a try. You can dilute those anchors easily. For me depend on cost. Just my opinion.

Yes it really cheap and aged , that is why I would like to use it become my money site to sell product...

Grab it and try your luck. If didn't work simply migrate it to new domain.

There is no exact calculation your aged domain will raise up your SEO fast.
But for me, expired domain are spammed, so i will avoid it, it will killed your listing out of google
