So I have my eyes on an expired domain. The domain is not penalized and has a TF of 28 and CF of 32 and DA of 28. This domain has some awesome backlinks with some good juice. I want this name for a PBN. This domain is about 10 years old. After looking through all the backlinks and checking wayback everything looks great but one thing, it has ONE backlink from a gentlemen's club. Does this one link in the Adult field make this domain no good for a PBN juice monster. My money site is not in the adult field either.

Check:

- Wayback
- Archives
- Google Cache
- All backlinks (Content of the back links)

You want to look for any one page sites or back links that mention adult content on your site.

It is fine if your have links from bad neighborhoods as long as your site did not have that content on it.

If you are positive it is just one link, which is only a mention of your site, you will be fine.

A tip is to check historical links to see if the domain used to have more adult links, which could be a sign of something bad.

How do i check those setting?
Any links or websites?

Wayback is a website. Same as Archive.org.

Who Is can be checked online.

Ahrefs and Majestic stores some historical links.

You want to be extensive.

Some of the best PBN domains I have were 'risky' and looked like they could have been hit by a penalty.

Some of my best are also perfectly clean.

I would suggest you find the absolute best domain possible unless you know what you are doing. Because I can guarantee if you do not know what you are doing you will miss something. So a perfect domain is most likely just okay.

Thanks and Just one thing.
When we buying a expired or deleted domain what we should look?SG/PR OR something like that?
Some sellers says SG(Search Global ) is 2.3k or something. How can we check it and How can we sure that?
Thanks again

You want the domain with the best back link profile. Do not listen to sellers.

You want a large number of contextual referring domains with low OBL.

TF is a pretty good indicator. But in general most metrics are not worth squat.

Many people have had great success snapping up expired domains and using those sites for link building purposes. One of the main reasons for this was that it saved work, as you could grab a site that already had content and backlinks and at least a baseline established presence.
However, after the past year with all the Google changes that make link building trickier than ever, this process is no longer as easy and safe as it once was, but it can still be valuable if you think about what you're doing and don't just buy every domain that has your desired keyword in it then hastily 301 redirect it to your own site or trash the content with links to your main site, expecting miracles.
Affiliate marketers are also fond of expired domains to use for their work so while we won't go into detail on that, we will cover some topics that are relevant for that specific use.

Hi,
Being hesitated you just remove that backlink from your page. Then there will not be any confusion right..

If you are unsure about a domain, it is better to avoid it. Also if the adult related backlink points to a internal page of the site then you should be fine as long as you do not recreate that page in your new domain.

Unless its a link promoting something - like "Click here for free xxx cams" - you are good.

Google is aware of the fact that adult sites mention other sites, and that's not a big deal at all. I would only check the anchor and context to make sure it's not linking to something adult on your domain (that would mean your domain had adult stuff).
