Expired Domain Need Help to decide what to do next

Hi everyone, recently i purchased a domain that has 8k backlinks something. DA is 45 (According to Moz) but 99% links are nofollow and 1% only do follow. Also the spam score is 0. Will it rank in search engine? Should i work on that because I don't have any idea about that? Please suggest how can i use that domain?

99% nofollow is pretty mental. How many different domains link to yours? It is just a sitewide link from one domain making up most of those 8,000 links? If so then drop it and move on unless the domain name is generic and brandable.

Throw some cheap $3/500 word content up on it and see where it ends up after a couple months. If it's ranking page 2/3, then the domain is fine and you can replace the cheap content with the good stuff.

How many RDs ? (referring domains)

And can you see any quality backlinks from relatively authority sites? (for example, CNN, wikipedia, bla)

With 99% certainty I can tell you that this domain is garbage. The number of backlinks is completely irrelevant, what you need is the links from unique domains (RD = referring domains). Solely by the information you provide, this domain most likely have spam created links from comments, forum profiles and signatures etc, hence the massive number of no-follow. So yeah, pretty much worthless.
