After 5th March Spam update and Core update website traffic down and too much Keywords Fluction. anybody have any idea Expired domain is working after update? we can work on Expired Domain.

Post update relying solely on an Expired domain maynot be sustainable for a long term.

Yes, expired domains can still work after renewal, but you have to be careful. If you take an expired domain, make sure it has a clean profile.

Please understand that whenever there is a big update like Google Panda or Google Penguin, there is a tremendous amount of carnage and traffic loss in the beginning.
But when the update rolls out, it doesn't knock out all the websites it is intended to punish.
If you just find an expired domain that is still working after the spam update and the March core update, don't automatically assume that it will continue to survive Google's updates.
Just like a cockroach that survives a nuclear holocaust, chances are, there may be fallout or some sort of chemical consequence or adverse reaction from the initial nuclear Armageddon that may end its life.
So instead of drawing broad conclusions or making all sorts of generalizations over a few exceptions, let's focus instead on looking at the big picture.
Why did Google launch such an update?
How can we tighten our game, so to speak, so that we don't fall victim to future updates?
It really is that simple.

They still work but you need to go for premium expired domains. You should be able to research all metrics about expired domain yourself.

Try semrush audits/backlinks. There are threads to buy 14 day trials.

you can use wayback machine to check the website's past and how they have been used

they will kill the expired domain strategy as they have mentioned clearly in their update.
