Hello there,
I was happy because I had found a deleted domain name with good authority and quality backlinks. So I bought it after checking in advance on webarchive that the old site was not a spam site. I hadn't detected anything unusual, it was a site belonging to a start-up that went bankrupt.
Unfortunately, today I just finished the design of the new site by adding a few articles, I then decided to register it on webmaster tools and there bad surprise: manual action for "aggressive spam". It turns out that I was not the first one to requisition this domain name and the previous owner had to go a little too hard with Google.
So I sent a request for a review to Google to try to lift this penalty by explaining that the content is now "clean" and that I redesigned the site.
I think that if they don't waive the penalty, I would choose another domain name, but if they remove it, is it still worth it to continue with it?
Thanks by advance
