Expired domain crawler

Hey, Im looking for a crawler that will crawl a site i give it and give me a list of sites it links to that are expired.

I have found a pretty large hi DA/PA site where all links are follow and has 20 years of content on it, I would like to snag a domain that has backlinks from this site. What tool would do this

uhm...
there was soemthing I used too in the past.. PBNlab I think... but imo in't not worth searching expired domains yourself for a long time now

That site is working quiet well, and fast. Already found 4-6 sites I can use in my PBN. and its only checked 2000 out of 60000 domains.

One of the higher ranking ones has a DA 30 and PA 28 and expired on Aug 18th :P
 
Read Nargil's guide for searching spam in domain history, that will save you good $$

Did look into that and tried the free trial and it didn't work. it wouldn't crawl anything.
is Nargil's prices good? I have spoken to a few people about buying expired niche domains and they charged 3 figures for well Good ranking sites but I didn't want to pay 3 figures for a domain when tools + doing it manually could gain better results for cheaper.

I'm not sure about software, you might want to contact owner/creator about that. When I've tested it it worked just fine. I was searching for PBN domains with my own tools and Scrapebox, but I tested DHG and it worked just as described and what it should be doing.

There are prices starting at $10 to up to $7k or so I believe that I've hard the most costly domain that he owned as far as I know.

If you are new to expired domains I would suggest going over Nargil's posts in the last half a year at least and you'll learn everything that you need to know about expired domains that you need to know as most of his posts contain a bit of information when put together are more then valuable. Trust me on this. Then you should get into search of domains and see how it works for yourself.

Yet in the meanwhile you can contact Nargil directly and chat with him about everything and see how that route works for you.

And about if that's the cheaper route (searching domains yourself), I would advise you to calculate your own time into the equation as well. :) Most people skip to do that (including myself in the past).

Well, I don't want to PM and bother him with newb questions. But I'll for sure read through his threads.
Time and money isn't really an issue for me. I'm a writer for a gaming/technology news site from home. From them and other editors I learned unique ways of writing unique content and how to promote it. But I'd like to start my own news site which is why Im looking for domains to PBN for my site.

You would be the first person on this forum that has some manners. :) I will gladly answer some of your more advanced questions. I am swamped at the moment though, so my response time is a bit higher :)

If you had trouble getting DHG to crawl then you either had it set at 1 crawl level which is telling the tool not to crawl past the first page or you had entered bad proxies (or proxies that were not authenticated correctly). Both of these are very common issues but not exactly the fault of the tool (not a criticism, just common issues).

If at any time you were having issues with DHG you could have got in touch and I would have helped as quickly as possible and extensively as necessary.
 
Just use AHREFS. You'll have the entire list of expired domains in less than 5 minutes. You can use the free 2 week trial.
 
There are a couple of domain crawlers on sale in the misc section..
