Yes correct, I think the pending deletion date is the day the user chooses to renew or not.
 
Ya this is a pretty useful tool, I have found soooooo many amazing domains that still held some PR!
 
It looks like there making updates to there tools.

Ya I guess your right but when I search for results then check if there available, there almost never available so maybe Hosterbox just keeps the domains that are available and get rids of the old ones.
 
so how do we get a domain that has PR if we can't get it until it's deleted??? anybody know? i bought one last week that expired, but then when i bought it, it had no PR or anything because it got deleted before i bought it.

I think if you buy the domain directly from the user they can push the domain to your account where you could prevent it from expiring.

This may be a really stupid/noob question...in fact I know it is. But I'm guessing that most, if not all of these domains failed because the domain name/site itself didn't work?

Ya they usually do but sometimes they just expired because the user forgot to renew.
