Hi all,

I recently started my blogging/website journey in late September, however, I'm a little concerned by my website impressions.

The issue I'm experiencing is not that the impressions are low, but more so that they're decreasing. I wouldn't be very bothered if my impressions has remained at 10 per day for the entire month, but I am concered that they started at around 100 and have since dropped to 10 impressions per day.

Here's a screenshot of my Google Search Console for the past 28 days:

As you can see, things started off really well, however, I am now getting very concerned that something is wrong as my impressions have dropped of significantly.

My blog is hosted on an expired domain, so I'm a little concerned that this could be a part of the issue, however, Google Search Console has no manual action warnings and I can't see anything that would be wrong.

I have published around 40 blog posts and have put in a solid 150-200 hours into this site, so I would be gutted to have to stat again.

Am I just being paranoid, or is this a sign of issues?

I am aware that many new blogs experience the Google dance, but as someone who is relatively new to the blogging world, this does concern me.

Any thoughts or personal experiences on this matter would be hugely appreciated!

Thank you!

There have been like 28 google updates in that period, your site is brand new and it's not ranking for anything as of yet.

Report back in 3 - 6 months, but so far, I don't see anything out of the ordinary. Just some high volume keywords landing on 2nd - 3rd page for a few days and then falling off.

Ok thanks, thats kind of as I expected. My main concern was that it seemed to be site wide, not just effecting one or two posts at a time.

I appreciate the response!
