You can use the URL Expander tool its helps you find the original , long URL hiding behind the short ones and also backlink analysis tool helps to reveal the source of backlinks from short URL's.

I want backlinks count ,1 with real backlinks 2 with url shortners

What i meant is to scrape the URL shortner domain links using ahrefs, semrush or any similar tool,
Then run the list out a HTTP status checker or custom scraper in case that shortner URLs doesn't go 404,
to check the availability of that particular URL(s) and if they're available to use again
it shows url shortnet backlinks?
