looks good domain. Do you check backlinks Profile ?? After the check, you have found some good links Without Adult or multilanguage site links. Then you can pick. You must check the Domain history before Purchase.

I just realized I'm selling mine too cheap... (today I let go of one with DA/PA=33 for $200, and it was even quite short)
OP: Just an opinion: From my experience, the DA 41 won't help too much, unless you rebuild all those pages to regain the backlinks. If you 301 them to root, you get soft 404 and that would rather make it worse than help. Manually recreating each page like that won't be easy.
Note: I always bank on root PA more. What seemed to make a difference (with fresh new content on an expired domain) was always the PA of the root, 22 in your case. This is because the root juice gets distributed right away to your subpages linked from root.
To me, PA=22 weak, I would never buy domain with that low juice. Price is fine though.
