For expired domains, DR of 20 or higher on Ahrefs, and ensure the domain has a clean backlink profile with relevant, authoritative links
no usefull ,we cant check one dozen things I dont think many relevant now days

No, you're asking for a short cut to assess suitability of an expired domain.
There are far more than 3-4 factors to consider.
What you're essentially putting out in the ether is; I am lazy.
if they said one dozen factor and I ask 3-4 ,not even 1 its not short cut
