Is anyone currently using EAH and having trouble scraping domains using the built-in scraper via the expireddomains.net API? Currently using private proxies and on a VPS but still to no avail.

Emailed the developer lots of times this month and no replies. Hoping someone could shed a light on this or are there other alternatives to EAH for expired content scraping?

Was strongly considering buying this but this doesn't look good. Good customer service means everything and clearly that's not happening here. Curious though, up until this snafu, what was your overall opinion of this software?
 
Bought it and sent them an email last week.Immediate regret - there is absolutely no customer service.
 
Yeah same here, last time i buy a software straight off - they just get abandoned. I wouldn't mind if the actual product worked.
 
OMG I literally was going to pull the trigger on this one today. I am so glad I looked first. :( Super bummed though.
Is this really dead?

Any alternatives out there? for this OR general content creation?
 
I contacted their support on April and honestly they answered within a couple of hours and fix the problem.
Maybe they are on vacation now? I don't know

Can you confirm if the tool is working now? Would be interested in grabbing a license The creator @zacatictac doesnot seems to be much online here.
 
A week or so ago it worked fine for me, but now I can't find any domains - whatever keyword I use it only returns 2 domains and no actual results. Tried both with and without proxy if it isn't fixed by tomorrow I'll shoot em up an email. Last time I had an issue (license transfer iirc) they replied to me on the next day and it was all fine and good until now.

Has anyone had any success fixing this in the meantime?
 
Their Customer service is shit
I sent email to transfer license because I was reinstall my windows but got no answer (few months back) , even I forgot that I have this software

Yeah doesnot seems like its been updated sent an email a month ago but no response.

Exact same issue with me - always returns 2 domains. Emailed support 2 days ago, no reply. Emailed again today.

If the same problem is happening to more than one person, they must be aware of the issue (others must have emailed them complaining).


 
I don't suppose anyone has heard from them, right? It's been a week. I've sent several emails, no reply.

I noticed that the site is still up and running, and accepting new orders, so I did email them that it doesn't seem cool that they're continuing to sell, and accept money, for a product that won't work for people who buy it.

Sadly, no answer to my e-mail which I sent last Wednesday. I'm going to have to start thinking about alternatives at this point.
 
After a few months off, I tried using this again in early June and it wasn't working. I sent a support email around then and have never heard back. Safe to assume this has been abandoned.
 
I contact them on their support and social handle but no reply. Time for alternative

If you paid for it recently by PayPal, then you should open a PayPal dispute to get your money back.

I bought it too long ago to do that, so I'm out of luck for a refund.


 
I have submited a dispute in paypal for half of the money.

This software was working for 2-3 months.

I didn't asked for full refund but just for half as i used him a while...but when the seller dosen't repspond...well maybe if we want our money back maybe he will respond or will update the software.

That was my thought too. Maybe if it starts costing him money (I assume it's just one guy), he'll put a little effort into the fix so his PayPal account stops getting drained of money.
