i am reporting ExpertDeveloper for failure to deliver a script in a timely manner I had ordered two days ago. he said he began working on it on Wednesday, but has given no updates. yesterday i told him to either complete the script or offer me a refund. i last spoke to him about 23 hours ago and he has not been online since. Usually, i give coders more leniency but ExpertDeveloper's account raises a lot of red flags for fraud such as a very recent forum registration and short, low quality posts. I'm not sure why a user registering just 5 days ago should be allowed to send private messages and it's my fault for not factoring into my decision making. he has made numerous replies on threads offering services, even after taking on my project.

I think that you can't ad personal information here. Talk to mod first.

ps ive also wondered that - i thought users needed 15 posts
to be able to send a pm and i got 1 from an 11 post user
last week.

no1 for now to send this guy any money for anything till this is resolved

I did follow the rules
I paid $155 paypal. Obviously it's a scam as it's been 48 hours since any communication. He refuses to answer his skype or email me the script.
