expert with html/php

Hi, im looking for someone who really good with html and php, I have a small project I need help with.

The pay is negotiable and It wont take very long for someone who knows a lot about this kind of stuff. It has to deal with Iframes and elements of tracking filters.

Im not sure how much of a project I have, it depends how much you know how to do, but anywhere from 20 bucks for the "instant" job, to hundreds if you can take on a difficult project.
