expert says AI will replace human coders in 10 years

Ai will never entirely replace humans ever because Ai is not able to think or create on its own like humans. When you see Ai like chatgpt responding and giving out code its not doing it on its own. What's actually happening on the backend is that the processing/storage power of computers has become so massive that they have stored all possible scenarios and so when you ask them anything they respond accordingly but they don't have the capacity to add to it and they never will. However when it comes to humans we can think outside the box and create new ways of doing things so there will always be need for humans but yes certain jobs will be wiped out due to Ai.

I don't think so, humans will always be required to debug, do some minor adjustments updates, developers will still be required but I believe they will go more like consultants still have their jobs but paid by projects intead as full time maybe.

By then AIs would have been created. And at this point they will start auto-improving, there wouldn't be a need of a developer.

AI will be really powerful the next few years. Even now you can use it already in specific cases.
Creating Images for example..

Our world is changing so fast, anything could be 10 years from now. Maybe a Fallout scenario and AI won't be a threat
