Expert needed - 2 proxy questions

I see residential and mobile IPs are recommended a lot here. However..

1. Residential proxies -- Can't residential proxies be abused/blacklisted? For example, if I wanted to use it to create a ton of reddit accounts, it seems like someone else who's using the same proxy provider could ALSO spam/abuse those residential proxies - thus getting the ip addresses blacklisted. Or are these ip addresses often refreshed/renewed?
2. Mobile proxies - i go with a mobile IP address provider (e.g. let's say i use brightdata's mobile plan at $40/gb), can i have simultaneous connections with each connection having a different IP address? (for exmaple, if i use multilogin and want to manage 100+ accounts - can i simultaneously access 100+ different mobile ip addresses allat once through my single brightdata plan?) Or am I only allowed one connection at a time?

1.Residential proxies can be blacklisted, this without a doubt relies on your provider.

2. there someone on the forum who was advertising that exact service. Can't recall who but it involved using rasperry pis and usb dongles(not completely sure) look up proxidize.

Yes, Residential proxies can be blacklisted but most of them provide a huge IP pool so there are very rare chances that you get a blocked IP address. In case of mobile proxies, you can connect as many devices as you want to, but you will have only one IP address at a time. You can change your IP address by rotating but it will be same on all the devices connected to it.

You can check the quality of the IP you got through ipqualityscore online. For the connection for mobile IP, you can check through your provider if it's okay to create multiple profiles. Usually they don't consider it so you must read their policy.

1. Both mobile and residential proxies can be blacklisted or rather flagged. I've seen whole /16 IP 4g subnets blacklisted on IG signup. Its not true that quality proxy provider can prevent something. Unless IP pool is 100% under your control you cant prevent anything.

2. While brightdata is not bad, its overpriced as ****. If you want to acess 100 accs at same time you need in best case 100 unique IPs, in worst case 10-20 IPs may also work.
Mobile operators have smaller IP blocks compared to residential operators - reason is simple, residential providers were eariler on market and RIPE, APNIC etc assigned bigger blocks in this time.
Right now its possible that few other people use FB from same IP as you on your phone (assuming you use 3g/4g connection). As result few accounts per IP is ok, as long as activity per IP is not too high, but this varies per site.

3. Mobile operators have higher chances of getting blacklisted - reasons are:
- not that big IP blocks used by mobile operators
- shitload of 4g proxy farms.

No IP quality checking tool have access to fb, google or tiktok backend, as result its not possible to predict IP quality per site. You can assume that 4g/residential IP blocks have high quality score and/or block not listed on spahmaus, blocklist.de and similar blacklists have high quality score, but its only a guess. Knowing exactly how IP quality scores websites work I can assure you - result you get is pure guess based on few factors.
