Expert C# / CSharp programmer needed.

Working on a twitter project involving mass automation using CSharp (1000+ Thread capability). The tools have already been built I just need them replicated, and a way to get these tools quickly updated if needed.

Most freelance sites are full of people that read 1 book on C#, then call themselves an expert.

Most good programers don't work on freelance sites (or they do only for big projects) since the commissions are too high. If you want to find out if they are good you can always ask for examples of their work they are unlikely to share any code but may share the running application for you to check (if you google "custom bot programming" most will be likely to already be doing this, I know I do http://www.bottopia.com).
I could have taken your project but time constraints don't allow me I am afraid. When I had time I used to be active in the BHW Marketplace and a lot of good bot programers are active there as well.
