How To Fair Use of YouTube ?? How can i Upload copyright content Legally on YouTube. ??
Anyone Know ? This ?

Youtube is a cesspool of takedown notices and copyright problems at the moment. It is in transition and will either change its ways or start to decline rapidly and be replaced by something better.

Ok..first,you need an aged youtube account(1or 2 years at least). Find a way to remove the watermarks on the video to upload,find out if the audio is been copyrighted,if it is, remove and replace.

FAIR USE is a 4 letter word in some places.

The essential conditions of fair use:

non-commercial - the copyrighted video was not intended to be used in a new creation to intentionally and initially advertise a product or service (eg. copyrighted video was used within a Pepsi commercial)

editing of the copyrighted material from original

uses no more of the work than necessary for the purpose

does not harm the market or substitute for the original work

the copyright material is used for commenting on or critiquing of
or
the copyright material is used for educational purposes
or
the copyright material was captured incidentally or accidentally
or
the copyright material was reproduced, re-posted or quoted in order to memorialize, preserve, or rescue an experience, an event, or a cultural phenomenon
or
the copyright material was copied, re-posted and recirculated for the purposes of launching a discussion
or
the copyright material was used to recombine elements to make a new creation (compilation)

You can use fairuse law 107 to use other peoples footage in your videos and provide your criticism ect
