Experiences with Hiring VA's?

When hiring a VA make sure:
- You work with professional services instead of individual freelancers. In that case company takes the responsibility of the VA's.
- Make sure they have a stable Internet connection
- Instead of giving tasks to a VA on random basis, prepare weekly tasks or daily tasks for the VA

I am agree with santhej but company of VA's through individuals only. If you hire one VA from company or one individual VA will be same.
All are having different rates with there experience. In starting May be they little bit to understand the task but after a week they speed up and you'll get best productivity, I'd you give them same task.
Keep target on your mind while giving task to VA, so it's being easy for you to manage.
