Experienced SEO worker needed - black hat!

Hello

Myself and a business partner are looking for a professional black hat SEO worker. Must be very experienced. The work will be on a brand new site, need to rank for a keyword that has about 1,300 exact searches and 18,100 broad searches a month. Our site must not get banned by gooogle or else we will not pay. 25% of payment when in the top 25 searches. 50% of payment when in the top 10. Other 25% for top spot and bonus #1 position!

those are some retarded ass payment terms. any seo worth his weight wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole.

That's your opinion. To each his own.

But, please explain how these are some "retarded ass" payment terms? These payment terms only make sense, the better work you do the more you get paid, simple as that. That's how the world works my friend. Nothing is free in this world. If you build only half of a 2 story building do you get paid for the whole project? I don't think so.
 
The only reasonable terms are monthly based or 50-50 (50 before, 50 after). Other wise you will get bunch of people that DO SEO, not LIVE and MASTER SEO.

This is a ridiculous analogy my friend...If you know anything about building buildings, in which you don't (obviously), then you would know builders work off a draw payment, and yes, the work does NOT begin until the terms are agreed and the first draw payment is made and then work off the percentage draw as the project moves forward! You want someone to work for free? You said yourself that nothing in this world is free, well, but you are asking a contractor to start the whole job for FREE and the analogy you gave is absolutely inaccurate! You really need to think about things before you make statements like that. Of course, I am sure you will get someone to sucker themselves into this. In this business you get what you pay for, simple as that!

Im surprised nobody asked what the total payment amount was anyways. Its obviously sh*t if you aren't willing (can't afford) to pay upfront. I would never do any work for nothing upfront unless I knew the market was good and some type of commissions were set in place w/ a contract of some sort.

Have fun finding someone to get the job done, because Im guessing you wont pay anyways.

I was just getting to that, great lets see what OP has to offer for the job I hope he is not looking for something like $0.50 per 5000 profiles or **** like that. lol
 
if your site sucks

and has no content - then black or white makes no difference

so to even talk payment terms now seems silly.


but noone worth his salt would agree to your terms - we just find out your niche and go rank number 1 for it ourselves.

LOL! My bread and butter is 90% offline SEO services for businesses, so dont act like you know what makes "sense" in this industry. The only people that would take you up on your retarded terms is a fly by night "seo" or a scammer. LOL you analogy sucks, and contradicts your "Nothing is free in this world" statement. If anyone is seriously considering this job, learn from my experiences. If the potential client has unreasonable demands and is trying to do everything on HIS terms, stay far far away. They are NEVER worth the hassle and headache.
