Support via email - is the main way of dealing with support team, it is specified in section of contacts, but you put it on the third place.
Please let me know when approximately you talked with our support (and your time zone please) I'll look at logs to find this conversation. (you can send me a PM).

No, I don't believe in creating threads to answer simple questions. Are you trying to say that manuals are useless and forums is the place you should go to when you don't know something? Should I go to a forum if I don't know how to set up a TV I just bought because there wasn't a proper manual given to me?

You are not too lazy to dash off on this forum a big post about how "complex" is ZennoPoster but writing a few lines on our forum you did not want to.
Do you have simple questions? Excellent! They will be replied very quickly by anyone who reads them. Complex questions may not be replied so quickly, but you do not ask such yet as you do not have enough experience using ZennoPoster.

Just because English isn't your first language doesn't make your product any less inferior than the others

There are are enough guys in our team who communicates freely in English. Also, there is a forum in which hundreds of our English-speaking clients.
I personally do not speak English, though I've been learning it for 9 years and perfectly able to read this forum or any other.
In short, we have no problems related with English.

If the platforms are identical, so all elements will be found. In ZennoPoster there is fairly stable searching of elements, it works even in case of changes on the web pages.
Again, if something is rare cases does not work, there are lots of ways to go around such errors, it would wish to know.

It's implemented in UBot 4 Pro, using in new browser command and the settings commands.

i have not tried neither one so cant really comment BUT for the owner of zenno mabye you should be more polite in your posts. honestly your posts do not really sound polite might be because you are not fluent enough in english or idk. But those are potential customers so I would change my writing style or all potential customers with problems will just pick another product- if its better ir worse . just my 2c

swetech you have to understand a while ago. Those ubot guys was bashing him and zennoposter . So only in retrospect you can understand why he has issue's with ubot because i can't remember the topic but they did tried to dis-credit his software a while ago.

Except when nauru does it in his broken english, it comes off as extremely snarky and rude. Not only does he tend to bash uBot, he bashes whoever is in favor of uBot. His bot is good (I own it) but he could use some work on his communication skills.

I didn't work with uBot but i already used Zennoposter as a trial. And just want to say, its really awesome. But you have to learn. It will better if you hire someone to create a zenno template.

My thoughts exactly. The reason I opened this thread was so he can convince me to go back to Zenno as I clearly stated in my OP that I haven't bought uBot yet but I'm considering it.

It is quite simply, if someone starts to spread misinformation about ZennoPoster, I have to intervene, there's no getting away from it.
This thread is the most typical case - user did not properly understand the program, (probably did not even try), and immediately began to write about that ZennoPoster is difficult to use.
Not to mention the fact that he started with the most difficult task, but would have to first understand the most simple examples.
However, in this topic users of the program have already wrote and expressed their opinion about it.

Naturally, ZennoPoster is more complex than most of the programs that are sold on this forum. It's so obvious, if you need to create the bot by yourself, it can not be easier than click on a button to use the ready made bot in another program.
Nevertheless ZennoPoster gives huge advantages, so it is becoming increasingly popular.

As for the competition. I do not understand your claim. If the competitor starts to lie through one's teeth, to let know beforehand about it can only expert who is knowledgeable in this matter.
It is not profitable for potential customers, if the seller is in advertising overstates the quality of the goods, because the purchase will fall short of expectations.
Since expert is a competitor, it is quite normal that the competitors are doing each other's observations, it is beneficial to potential customers.

It will better if you hire someone to create a zenno template.

You should buy ZennoPoster from partners - many partners offer dozens of templates + help in the creating of the bots.

What bullshit is this. I did not even try? Did you even understand my OP? I tried so retardedly hard until the point where I decided to start this thread, so don't even go there. The manuals\tutorials you have don't teach us what we can do with Zennoposter, it merely teaches people how to do a specific thing. The whole damn reason this thread is started was to say how much inconvenience I felt when trying to learn this as a native English speaker.
A good representative will PM me, ask about the problems that I was facing earlier (where I got ignored by support), try to fix things and make me happy. You come in here writing arrogant and bullshit replies while blowing your own trumpet about your product.

My review for zennoposter:
Price: Ok price, cheaper than the competition.

Software: Great peace of software, can actually do almost ANYTHING and it is very easy to code bots when you get the hang of it. Also includes capmonster, which solves most captchas for free

Support: This is the absolutely great part, no idea why others have complained about it. They are on skype for about 10 hours a day for instant answers and if you post in the forum you are sure to get response within a maximum of 24 hours.

So overall: great software, great support, for a ok price

heah, stay away from Zenno! its baaaaaaaaaad lol

Leave more room for people who understand all power of custom solutions for their own projects

Just question - anyone have bots with almost 100% success rate?

as for support, it's like about all things - to get help You need at least understand what You really need.

Few days ago around 6pm GMT+8 if I'm not mistaken

Ok, I found this conversation.
I do not see there "hi ok what u need", the only thing that I'm sorry that
support team was busy for a while, he also replies in skype, forum, does
teamviewer sessions.
At least I do not see any reason to write what you wrote in the topic,
especially considering that you did not use support email, nor skype, nor
the proposed session via teamviewer.

Zenno is nice, and they got awesome support.
