Experience with paid Wordpress Themes?

Hi,

Right now im trying to create a few blogs. I am doing it myself. I am using the free template themes that they have. Most of features on the the free ones are limited unless I upgrade. They claim if I upgrade that I not only will I get all the features, but assistance for around $50 a theme and then for $100 I get all their themes.

The other thing I was thinking of was just to hire someone to do design the WordPress website for me.

Has anyone had any experience with paid wordpress themes? Do they really assist you enough when you upgrade? Can I use these paid theme on all my blogs?

I have purchased a few themes on themeforest, unfortunately to access all the functions you need to enter a code (which you will receive when you buy it) But I am very happy with it, you get access to their forums and support. Then again some theme's support are better than others.

I'd suggest you to buy themeforest themes as they come with a support. You can contact the seller via their comment section.

Buy a theme, hire a developer & ask him to set it up. Most of the themes you see on themforest are fully deployed and it needs some wp experience to do that.

Avoid Themeforest (even though I buy themes there I usually get disappointed with both support and functionalities) . Go with membership sites where you get unlimited acess to all of their themes. Sites like mythemeshop.com and elegantthemes.com

you can find free themes from wordpress.org and upgrade that way, most offer good support. Another option is to go to fiverr and have one made for you based on requirements

Getting a custom theme from fiverr? I'd stay away from fiverr for any development work.

I have ThemeForest theme and the guy who created it updates it all the time It saved me so many times.

i use the free template them from wordpress to build a site for my products, and there is problem that there is almost no visitor here, i do not know what is the wrong with my site, recently i think that there is no need for me to upgrade my site, so i do not familiar with the upgrade version.

If you are very keen on constant support, go with themeforest - just be careful to check that the Author is still replying to comments as some of the themes may be very old that they no longer support it.

Elegant themes is also a good option - their forum is a huge repository of questions asked over the last 3-4 years.

With themeforest, there's a catch - if you buy their standard license then in most cases you can use it for only 1 website. So as you asked, you cannot use it for all your sites - but AFAIK, no body gives a damn about the license agreement.

Another option would be to just download a theme from the 'download's section here and hire someone at Fiverr to help you out.
