Experience with InfluencerDB? Alternatives?

I'm looking for a software that helps me find IG followers based on follower amount, engagement, niche, etc. Somebody referred me to a site called Influencerdb that does essentially that, but the price point is very high. Has anybody used it and, if so, was it of any help? Has anybody found a cheaper alternative? Thanks in advance.
