I am curious, any one here that have experience with hostatree dot com? because i have bad bad bad experience with them with reseller plan in walnut package.
i do not have more budget to buy expensive hosting, but i want to learn about reseller plan so i went to webhostingtalk and read about reseller plan in there. in finally i choose hostatree as my new projects.
after get approve in account, i am login into cpanel and whm, and i set my Name Servers into my domain.
example : my domain is domain.com and i use ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com.
and i add new host in my domain.com in godaddy domain manager. after waiting at least 3 days, i am thinking that nameservers was ready to use. but in fact, that nameservers could not been resolve. so i ask them with live chat why my nameservers that i set up before could not resolve, and they answer patient in few more times. and i decide to get wait again.
and finally, after 1 days my nameservers has ready to use. because of this, i am thinking to use my other domain in that reseller plan so i add my other domain, let say dododo.com.
dododo.com was domain that i buy with netfirms, and i set the DNS in domain control panel with ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com. but what i've got?
please take a look in screen shot.
so, what do you think about this? am i wrong in setting up the nameservers?
beside that, after this happen, i have many experience about getting up and down time in their servers. and before i write this thread, i am chat with Jason as Technical Support ( before i was chat with Ryan and geez i am forgot the name ).
Jason said that We have almost fixed the server load issue. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
i hope that would not happen again in next day and after. sh*t, this could be bad day for me. but with all this happen, i do not mind if my nameservers got problem because i can still use their nameserver to cover my nameservers.
