Experience with BuySellAds?

I'm filling out an application for BuySellAds as I finish up the final tweaks for my site. My questions are:

• How selective are they in accepting publishers for their network?
• In their application they ask "Are you willing to commit to using BuySellAds for 1 year?" What does that generally for me as a publisher?
• What's your experience like with BSA?

I've been using BSA for almost 2-3 years now, and yeah it works fine. I don't remember them having a very strict acceptance policy, just make sure that you have a decent website. I'm not sure if they accept free blogs or not though. They've been paying on time, every time. Not a bad service, considering the fact that they make the handling of advertisers extremely easy!

I have used them a few times and they seem solid.
I dont think the acceptance criteria is particularly high either, but ive only used them on decent, tech orientated sites

Just sent my application. They said they'll get back to me ASAP.

Btw, my site is socialmedia/tech blog. Clean, regular updates, and no ads yet. I'll update when they contact me.

Do they determine the pricing?

From my experience, the conversion rate on most of their banner zones is very disappointing compared to the price of their advertisements. Most people do not seem to get decent ROI on them.
