Experience Web Designer/Programmer Needed

I'm hiring a web programmer that can do a couple things for me.

First, create a homepage that looks similar to this website's homepage above the fold: http://phoeniixx.com/

Also, I need "article" webpages to be created, that basically has a picture with a paragraph, and 9 "slides" which can be navigated. The article webpages would look similar to this: http://gyazo.com/7c81e7a85e1dcc8c18c4111e7ce1c151 . As you can see, these is an article title, picture, text underneath, and left&right arrows. The arrows will move it to the next slide.

I also need an affiliate section, which will auto-generate an affiliate link. I will discuss this more with the freelancer I decide to work with.
