I have an Inuvo feed however I need help driving cheap traffic to my sites. I heard there was great deal of traffic that could be bought internationally, will these feeds monetize?

For US traffic, only bots can be bought for a penny. Anyone that tells you otherwise is misinformed themselves or misinforming you. That being said, bots on Yahoo do work

i got a search123 account with currently very little natural volume, could you point me to a few of your methods to monetize bot or other cheap traffic ? Do you target specific keywords with easy to get conversions ? How can you tell if it's an easy conversion (trial and error ?) ?
What % of bot / good traffic do you use ? What good source of traffic do you mix ? How do you make sure neither search123 or Yahoo bust you ?
