Exoclick is a good ad network especially for adult traffic. But, you asked something like upon how much of traffic is it profitable .... That depends on variables such as the effectiveness of your ad campaign in Exoclick, the profitability of the product that you are promoting, etc. It is not a "one size fits all". The minimum deposit for ExoClick is 200 Euros, by the way.

I'm using them, and it's making much less than I expected. Already looking for alternatives to put in the same spots in a rotational manner to test out.
