Exoclick is deleting my banners

They keep running for a while then get deleted. The support is not helpful. Did it happen to you? Does that mean its not approved or what?

First, I can't believe that their Customer Service team are not able to help you, are you contacting them at their help email address.

Secondly, I would guess the banners contain something that is not allowed on their guidelines or if you are targeting a specific site then the site doesn't accept the banners, either way the only way you are going to know for sure is to speak with them.

Yeah the do it now a days. Some of the sites in their network have strict banner approval policies. So, they just delete the banners which are against their new policies. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. I used to completely rely on exoclick few years ago, then later i learned my lessons.

With their new ad policies, you will never get the CTR's that you used to get earlier because they only accept normal banners, nothing flashy or extraordinary.

It's weird. Never happen with us. Sometimes when LP it's not working of if banners are not allowed, Exoclick reject the campaigns but never deleted any banner.
