exmasters and offshore domain?

Hi, does any one have any reviews or previous experience with hosting for their e-commerce stores at Exmasters.com? How is their service? and does anyone know any good places to buy an offshore domain? Thank you!

i was using it before some month ago and paying $50 vps.it was good and handle good load..
