I manage a IDX (making into a app with AppmySite too), but I build mainly wordpress. I went on a buying spree and wound up downsizing on my list of .com's lately.

Each site I see potential, Id like to sell down the road once traffic is built. I think I would list a little high and negotiate down if necessary. Im wanting to get my current main site to 100K impressions before thinking of doing something with it. I got a lot of room to grow, Im adding Ezoic/Adsense/Selling Leads/sponsored Listings/*affl links on my B2B directory. Themeforest/Codecanyon/Envato Im impressed these days by the look of these themes.

I have a land lot flip domain (possibly We Buy Houses - wholesaling model on separate domain soon), ai technology list, survey and job lead gen sites, ecommerce general store, membership site, directory, R&R domains. A agency domain and personal name domain too. I have been building in my spare time, incrementally.

I have good luck finding domain names. Im banned from namecheap auctions right now, but need to get back on. They have SEO friendly auction domains and show the AHREFS score.

Best way to migrate hosting without losing it all, whats the best (backup*) tool?

Best way to migrate hosting without losing it all,
The general way: Migrate your database (database specific) to the new host, copy over the static assets (images, videos, etc) and reinstall the site.

If it's a wordpress site, there are mogration scripts available for all of these tasks.

whats the best (backup*) too
I use Rsync and Clonezilla.
