Executive Mafia or PP Network vs DM Groups?

Someone in a DM group we got invited to was touting Executive Mafia and PP Network as a more effective alternative to DM groups.

I noticed that they have different monthly plans and seem to offer mainly education and Telegram rounds.

Has anyone used either one of them or know if they're effective/ineffective or of any use at all?

Nothing else as paying for being in a dm group. All services they offer seem to be easily to get without paying a monthly fee for being in a "network"
EDIT: Which makes them not more effective then simply doing what everybody does.

They both have affiliate programs, which make me a bit skeptical, but they offer access to telegram engagement groups, influenster pages and educational materials.

I see. Then to me, they're building a powerlikes network (if our accounts are quite ) using our accounts and we even have to pay monthly to work for them?!
