Exec's not contributing

Since i'm not allowed to reply on a thread where people replied on my post i'm going to do it here since thats what apricote requested me to do.

I dont call all execs noobs since there are many great marketers i know personly but a good amount of them are noobs. And i had a copy of the exec board since it was shared on other webmaster boards where people made fun about the quality but thats another story. I guess older exec's can confirm that there was such a leak.
To the guy telling that WSN will find the guy who leaked the content i have to disappoint you. Its was a fault by vbulletin software or the old hosting company of bhw so you wont find anyone who leaked the content.It was for a short time accessable for everyone.

But if apricote thinks that execs are not talking with their friends via communicators than i can only say you are wrong

They must have helped BHW silently and behind the scenes too.

Behind the scenes means IRC and also some other stuff which is not really bhw related but i wont post it here since i will surely accused of providing misinformation.

No since i did a proper research and could point at several exec's who dont have their status because of sharing or supporting bhw but because of other reasons.
How do i know it ?I have eyes and am able to check history and most important i have good contact to several exec's who belongs to the successfull webmasters here but they are not posting too and it has a reason.

I highly doubt that and i'm also not afraid getting bashed since i run already successfull online companies where i dont need any support or credentials.

i want to see execs share something very unique, they aren't doing anything like that (been here for last 6 months never seen anything like that). i have seen so many execs profile they are not that good which will make them very unique, they must be successful, is that determines them being execs or their contribution to the forum or their stay in the forum or combination of all of them?

Maybe a single person can show us some unique content of a full exec which has been shared in the last 2-3 years cause i couldnt find anything

The above has a list of Jr Exec VIPs. Go there and you can see what everyone have done for BHW members over years. Also, they have interacted quite freely with all the members on normal regular threads.

First these are jr exec's and not full exec's .Second jr exec's who posted a lot have a salesthread and are trying to create a branding.Dont get me wrong its nice something is being shared but is it really high quality or basicly rehased knowledge from somewhere?

This is also a young change because before it was clearly promoted that to get jr exec you need to post an awesome method or need to support the community online.

Many members who hold Exec positions are older men and women who have family and business obligations, some of which are multi million dollar companies. These members are not expected nor required to sit around writing hand holding guides for other members.

90% of these who are not posting doesnt run a multi million dollar company.Being older or having a family shouldnt be also an issue to post at least once a year something usefull.

atleast from last 6 months i couldn't see any good share from them. im eager (not demanding), six month is long time, never seen any exec vip give very insightful reply to a comment regarding website penalty (it is my personal wish ) .

I would take a wild guess that all exe members have their title because they earned it.

What do you want, their life stories every day. Not happy with what they share. Route through their posts and find their threads that made them exe's

everything you need to succeed is already shared in the forum, there's no "secret sauce".

it's not their fault most people are lazy f*cks who can't be bothered to do a simple search...

I think some of that criticism is fair. You have to understand though the vast majority of execs have had that ranking/status for as long as 5 years now. Most have successful legitimate businesses, are busy and don't post BH tips and methods because that's not what they're doing anymore. Personally this is my first month on here in a few years. There is an effort to bring in new blood, especially at the jr exec level, and it could be you if you want. Get creative, stop wanting to be spoon fed and figure out something new and great. I know it's not 2009/the Wild West anymore and people seem less willing to share great tricks because BHW is watched and things get fixed but I shared plenty of stuff back in the day that brought too much attention too, it's a community and I owe my success to it.

Stop crying and get motivated.

Its quite funny you post something like that cause the amount of questions of exec's are way higher than their replies (not comments) to other peoples question

Maybe people stopped sharing because bhw is unfair in upvoting?Ever thought about that?

I know a lot of pro's here on bhw being regular or jr vip who aren't posting anything.Why ?Because there is no fair exchange for it.Upvotes are done by friends.You know execlty what i'm talking about and how some exec's got upvoted because they were the financial backer of some other exec's or how a complete noob got exec just because he was the friend of a super mod.

It pissed every serious marketer and it has a reason why hidden messageboards spring up like mushrooms where most bhw mods even asked for entrance to get access to quality content.

BHW is being known for their unfair voting and compensation of quality content for over 7 years .So dont wonder when even old exec's are posting today its not worth sharing anything valuable here at bhw

there's a huge difference between asking questions and asking to be spoon fed...

1) I'm going to go ahead and say that full executive membership comes from two methods. Either friends with the owner or someone in a high enough position to hand the position out, or someone who actually earned it.

2) Contributions happen consistently.

3) I'm doubting you run successful online companies with such atrocious grammar and the inability to spell the word "successful" correctly.

So what is your actual question here - are you asking if the Execs contribute now?

If so, then yes. Yes they do. Mr E, Wowhaxor, Netmoney1, boomboomer and MaestroDelWeb have all made significant contributions over the last month or two. And these are just the Exec members that I have personally come into contact with. I'm not going to lay out a list here because some of it isn't appropriate and some of it isn't my information to provide. Because one hasn't swooped into your conversation and provided an "insightful reply to a comment regarding website penalty" this doesn't represent the sum total of their support.

Or are you saying that people are getting promoted for the wrong reason?

Are kind of the same thing?

On one hand it would make sense to "clean house" with non-active Execs but on the other hand I'm sure they didn't get there by mistake. From what I've heard, a few are (brace yourself) broke and not really in the game anymore. The way I look at it, if they received their high status having a friendship with the right people, then their status shouldn't be touched. If was based on the premise of "work" they've done or are doing, then that should be monitored yearly. That could mean either being active on the forum or doing their own thing and putting in work (i.e. printing money).

Nobody likes dealing with broke clowns trying to leech methods off others under the guise that they're legit and still relevant. Having certain Execs retain their status without vetting where they're at in the game is a recipe for problems.

I'm afraid I couldn't care, I don't look to anyone for my pay check. There are people I like and people I neither like nor dislike, I just haven't got the feel for them.

No need to get jealous mate it's just a colour. I couldn't care less if folk think I'm beneath them because of my colour, and I don't really have itchy pants to change my colour.

As far as I know most of the execs have not been active since ages but think like this , they have not been promoted because of coincidence
most of them are busy and taking action ,
