Now this Mr Pedro Paz to me has registered his webistes with address in Bolivia. But on forums he says he is from India.

okay i have talked with BB and gave him all info,as he sayd i should make it public here it goes

1)yes my site is hosted on bhtd server because i am seo service provider of bhtd and all sites own by pedro and return he is providing me servers and all that things

2)since i cant buy he bought domain from me (even my bhw jr vip membership is paid by a another guy on BHW )

3)i am not pedro paz at all ( and i want to do this i am enough smart to use domains by proxy and etc servcies)

4)for about WF account yes we both are using it mods can confirm this from WF by IPs.

5)even he is my highest paying client i never promoted any of his vps here.

6)all of his business is nothing to do with me at all.

DarkMeta is on a witch hunt to take down his competition. Furthermore, I think DarkMeta is the past banned member "Beaker123".

The above linked thread is started by DarkMeta. He reviews extremeseotools, megafastservers, and bhsvps. He claims "I am not connected with any of these servers." in his original post. However, if you look http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo-tools/497291-review-thread-my-full-review-best-search-engine-optimization-vps-software-included.html#post4925242, he is obviously promoting BHS VPS, going so far as giving away promotion codes of "FREE5" and "FREE15".

Then DarkMeta disingenuously links in his complaint to http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/501055-have-you-tried-pinata-vps-scam-report-megafastservers-com.html, claiming it as proof that scamming is going on. Yet, he is the one that made that thread. He's passing it along as a he-said-she-said, whereas even the original WF post could have been made by him -- none of it is verifiable. The only thing you know for certain, is that DarkMeta has taken up a torch to flame and bring down megafast VPS.

So DarkMeta posts http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/501055-have-you-tried-pinata-vps-scam-report-megafastservers-com.html, trying to appear unbiased and that he's doing us all a favor, putting the smackdown on on megafastservers because? ... they are using cracked software? He proceeds to harass them continually with multiple proxies, raking them over the coals.

Well guess what?

No shared server loaded with blackhat tools is using them legally. This bhsvps, that DarkMeta so desperately wants to promote, says this on their website: "All of our software is licensed, NONE OF OUR SOFTWARE IS CRACKED!" Just because you didn't have to crack it -- doesn't mean you're allowed to use the SAME software for 20 or 30 different users. You can install a legitimate piece of software on a VPS, replicate it into infinity and give them all the same IP and they will function properly without the need of being cracked. I've read Johnathan Leger say before (author of The Best Spinner), that even though a VPS can be provisioned to run unlimited copies, its not legal or allowed.

So SEnuke XCr "lite" is $67/month. Regular is $147. bhsvps doesn't say "lite", so lets assume $147. Lets just assume that TBS came with SEnuke with http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-forum-classified-ads/674290-mega-senuke-xcr-bonuses-free-best-spinner-article-builder-senuke-xcr-training.html. Lets forget about scrapebox for a moment and assume it was even FREE. How does a $147 piece of software get bundled onto a VPS and sold for less than $30? I'll tell you how ...

They install 1 copy legitimately. Then they provision the same machine with 20 or 30 copies of the OS (or, alternatively, 20 to 30 logins on the same OS). They're all assigned the same IP address. Since they're all on the same IP -- the software of these companies to protect against multiple users is bypassed (illegally). COST PER MONTH FOR LICENSE: $147. 30 people paying for a VPS on 1 machine: $900. Cost of SEnuke XCr per user: $4.90. Legal? No. So then, DarkMeta -- if you're really on a crusade against software being used illegally, lets see you do a really big rant about bhsvps -- harass their customer service and do a post. Can't do that? Why, bhsvps would fire you? (seems obvious you work for them)

The bottom line is this: all bundled SEO packages on VPS violate the SEO software's terms of service. I believe SEnuke, as well as TBS and ScrapeBox, are all on the no-share list -- and as such the whole "bundled seo software VPS" cottage industry shouldn't be allowed on BHW -- but thats another topic. Everyone who is complaining about losing licenses when using OBVIOUSLY shady services (even if it did happen), can you really complain? Not that I'm convinced so far, the only people I see saying licenses were stolen have an obvious financial interest they're not divulging (they represent bhsvps).

Now whether megafast has done something wrong, or mohit has personally done anything wrong, I don't know. DarkMeta is saying megafast did such a horrible thing -- re-using the "real" license of past customers, this sounds fairly retarded -- why would they bother with your licensed version if they have a cracked version?

DarkMeta seems to be very disingenuous and I personally believe his accusations have ulterior motives.

For that matter, who is this Beaker123 that was http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/497300-bhsvps-who-their-competitors.html#post4860459? That Beaker123 has been banned (not sure why, ALL his posts are deleted, the only ones that are left are where he was quoted). Notice this sentence that Beaker123 says "Your company has been called out on this and other forums many times as a complete scam. Things like running cracked apps and stealing peoples licenses is not a good business model Sir." Notice Beaker123 uses capital "Sir"? Just like you do DarkMeta? (like http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo-tools/497291-review-thread-my-full-review-best-search-engine-optimization-vps-software-included.html#post4839962). Or maybe like the very first word of the OP above?

2 users who use the word "Sir" sarcastically while hell-bent on taking down megafastservers at any cost: DarkMeta and Beaker123. 2 users heavily promoting BHS VPS (notice in the quote at the above link that Beaker123 says "This is Beaker123 from BHSVPS"? 2 users who are attempting to villify megafastservers because they "steal people's licenses". The only difference between the two is that Beaker123 is banned and DarkMeta is not banned.

Are Beaker123 and DarkMeta the same person? Hmm.
