excluding sites from RSS feeds in Bookmarking Demon

Is there a way to do this in BMD or should i just change my yahoo pipes to exclude these sites?


Also for making your profiles look less spammy (bookmarking a load of news sites and then your own site looks spammy) I've been "inversing" the rss feeds of other bookmarking sites such as reddit and digg so my rss feeds are really quite random. I'd just like to exclude the self posts from reddit.
