Excluding Mobile Devices on Bing Ads

I don't see an option to exclude mobile devices only decreasing by 20% max. Is there a way to exclude mobile devices completely?

The normal ads are not shown to mobile traffic, if your ads are selected to run on yahoo and bing search.
IDK for the partners network but I think its the same.
Example: if you want the ads to run on mobile you have to select what type of ad you want. You have text and wap ads, wap ads are for mobile traffic.
