Exclude website from 1st page of Google.

Has someone experience to exclude a website from the 1st page of Google? Not for a few days but more for a few weeks/monts/ever .
It is for dutch Google, Google.nl, please let me know.

Sorry, I was not clear enough. It is a website with false accusations.

Use SEO to revoke the visibility of its website. Pick 3/4 valuable website ranked after the targeted website, and Boost their ranking. If you can not find 3/4 websites with proper onsite SEO, nice design and content (i.e. a website to outrank your target), create new websites yourself (can be web 2.0, blog, even wiki, etc...).

I think the guy is trying to neg seo a rip off report style site. Not easily done. You are better off trying to build pages with good news to outrank the bad news.
