Are you looking to buy obscure altcoins? Are you looking to margin trade? Are you looking to invest for the longterm? What country are you in?
All important questions to answer. Uphold is easy to use and easy to get funds onto for altcoins that aren't listed on major exchanges yet. Margex and Kraken are good for margin trading. Coinbase Pro is a great platform for mainstream crypto.
In a lot of cases, it's like the difference between coke or pepsi and ford and chevy. But an important question to ask is what are you looking to get out of your exchange and how will you be investing / trading?

Binance is best in the world. But you have to choose one which is popular in your country.. It will be easy to deposit money there and also withdraw from there. Like in my country wazirx was best.
