Hello guys, recently i've won a giveaway from dogecoin official dis. server. The giveaway is essentially 0.19 BTC allocated on a precise exchange platform.
Now, I have verified and there are 0.19 btc but for wihtdraw i need unlock "USER" status, what i need to do is deposit 0.01 BTC.
What do you think ? it's legit or a scam
