Exchange Forums

From what I see, most (all) exchange forums seem to be dead, or full of spam. Even piqq is stagnant. I had a spare domain, threw up a quick forum, no adverts or whatnot, a purely free service for any of you who want it?

Sorry mods if this isn't allowed, I wouldn't say it's advertising, more of giving away, and I see no rules against exchange services/exchanges and of course, free services.

Does anyone know if digg ever sends out "spies" around these forums to sign up and see who's been exchanging?

ya ive had this prob too.

no digg users are so low level that even if they did find out they wouldnt know how to communicate it to other diggers


and its pass protected for some reason

Your forum can't be accessed, need user name and password before you can register?
