Except friends and family payment, is there any non-refundable payment method through PayPal?

Can the buyer file a dispute if I send them an invoice?
Is there anyway I can send them a non-refundable invoice?

Invoice alone means nothing. You also need proof of shipping and enough evidence the product delivered was as described.

You also need your own invoice, not something from PayPal, or created in MS Word.
Make sure you specify there are no refunds, in any circumstance, and by paying, he agrees with your terms.

Even then, he could file for unauthorized access.

What if it's a digital product?

What if it's a digital product?
In PayPal's TOS, somewhere around the 1 million lines, it states digital product sellers DO NOT benefit from seller protection.

Try and claim somewhere on the checkout that "As a reminder, you are purchasing DIGITAL goods and no physical items will be shipped.".

But again, it won't do much.

You have to realize even legit businesses have some percent of chargebacks from unhappy customers.

If you sell me an ebook on how to make money online, and I buy it and discover I already knew those methods, I can ask for a refund/file a chargeback.

Is it normal? No. But people do it anyway.

Don't focus on the small stuff. This is small stuff. Who cares if you have 10% chargebacks? Focus on the 90% happy customers.

It’s even worse if it’s digital product. Even PayPal friends can still be charged back, don’t be mistaken.

If you receive a payment of friends and family that are funded by credit card, while the sender can’t dispute via PayPal they can still process a charge back claim via the credit card issuer (bank).

Just don’t deal with PayPal if your concern is about buyers scamming you. If you sell on bhw you can first confirm who they buyers is in the forum so that if any dispute /charge back made that is unfair to you you can shitlist this buyer.

If it's a digital product then you can always show the 'proof of delivery or download'. If the buyer opens a dispute with a reason that they don't recognize the charge at all then you may lose the dispute anyway. In rare cases Paypal investigates the matter and resolves it in the seller's favor.

Don't do too much f2f with pp, they will catch you quickly.
