How does that work, i mean when it comes to posting a yt video and making it go viral.. or atleast get some views?

Just post it . If its worth itl get the views. Simple

If you make a good enough Bad Luck Brian meme I'm sure you'll get to the top quickly.

Is there a way to get around them blocking you from posting too much?

I am still trying to figure it out - it seems they have many top users that make it unlikely to get noticed.

yea its sucks ive tried even reddit groups
Got 24 thumbs up 8 down.
Didnt get anymore

Try to post your video with a great/catchy caption/title but make sure that your caption corresponds with your video.

Like previously said, reddit success is based on these things:
* Catchy title. A must to drive that initial traffic in (and also for later when/if it frontpages)
* The time you post it. You must post it on reddit's PEAK times.
* Good content. You've got the right timing and title, but the content must be good for it to receive upvotes.

This is from personal experience. I have got around 20-30 posts of mine frontpaged on reddit before (no bots, because those do not work, Reddit's spamfilters aren't like YouTube or anything, they're AMAZING). Good luck :)

A lot of the r/ are way over populated and unless you have something insanely awesome and get lucky, not much is likely to happen. However, there are TONS of sub r/ that get tons of views but much less submissions therefore easier to get up there.

http://subreddits.org/search.html

you have a better chance of getting noticed in r/video THAN r/videos

videos has 8x more viewers than video, however it gets 10x more submissions....therefore much more "newest" posts to run through.

And taking into consideration that the point system also works with x amounts of time...it is advised to post in a smaller sub r/ to maximize your chances of racking up some points quickly.

I suggest reading up on how their point system works, it is interesting!

Also, beware, some accounts get ghosted after a while, just like CL.

yeah this is one of their genius spam filters that makes spammers think oh cool I have submitted a link again! they go to the "new" section of whatever category they chose and they see their submission with "+1" voted but! what is actually happening is Reddit flagged your account. You should forget about it and make another one with a unique ip.

The thing is (referring to your other post) even if you get a million elite private proxies, the community is very active, and so is the administrators and mods. It will take them a few minutes to have anything you've done removed. That's what the difference between reddit and other sites is.

I used to promote my youtube videos through reddit. I have 2 reddit bots in posession, one was working with public proxies and the last one with private proxies. The last one did not worked properly but with the public proxies bot I was able to get a few videos on the videos subreddit. I received around 20K-30K views from reddit each time one of my videos stayed a few hours on the videos subreddit. The most important thing is not the views I gained from reddit but the fact that my video was posted on other big websites like buzzfeed or huffingtonpost resulting in other views and exposure. The videos subreddit is checked by other big websites and companies who need viral content. Of course my content delivered. I used around 2000 reddit accounts to vote my posts.

My only problem now is that I cant find enough stable proxies to vote with all acounts.

I think that they have blacklisted my website, or at least one of them. Every time I post a link on reddit I get some views and then maybe 15 minutes later it is dead. I used to get way more views. Maybe I'll start posting digg links that link to my site.

Would you happen to know when Reddit's peak times are? I have been doing Youtube marketing for a bit and from experience I can say reddit hits hard during the mornings / later at night.. Can anyone else confirm this?

Late at night, for sure.

They seem to really like anything animal related over there.
