How to check if a YouTube channel is monetized :
Use a browser like Chrome and go to the channel's page.
Then click the right-button on your mouse and select "view page source".
When you're on view page source, hit CTRL+F to open the search box and search the value "is_monetization_enabled".
If you can read value, colon, true after "is_monetization_enabled" then the channel is monetized.
The YouTube channel "Film Recaps" (69 122 396 views) is using an AI voice on his latest video "Kind Man Is Buried Alive By His Wife, Making Him Show Her His Psychotic Side"
, this voice-over is probably made with amazon Polly API.
So that's an example showing that you can successfully monetized a YouTube channel using AI voice-overs.
And of course there is no guarantee that any channel will be accepted for monetization, using AI voices or not.
