Example stats for good niche keywords

Hello guys,

I am a newbie and look for examples of good keyword stats. How much should the search volume be, the CPC, the SEO Value.

I really would appreciate your opinion!!!

Once the Competition is LOW, over 800 searches. Then I choose that niche.

Assuming you are trying to rank a niche site. No more than 5,000 searches a month and no less than 1,200. The competition value in Google's keyword planner won't matter here as it's for advertising alone, but the CPC value will help you gauge your average Adsense earnings if that's the way you plan on monetizing your site. The higher the better for this one.

Recently - I've found the most important stats are competition analysis.
Not the ones that Google keyword tool gives you for CPC, but proper content, speed, links, authority and trust stats for the top 5 sites ranking for the keyword.

I've found some MONSTER niches that have keyword stats that seem impossible - yet the competition is crap and you can win.

You aren't competing against keywords - you're competing against other webmasters and their sites.
