I'm running a site with a few thousand visitors a day and I'm working on a product (e-book) which I will sell through a list. Therefore I'm wondering if you guys has seen any sites making great use of their lists? Basically I'm just going to signup to random lists you recommend and then try to figure out which pattern / method I'll be using. I'm mostly interested in what and how many mail they deliver after people opt in and how they succeed to convert them into customers. Do know any great examples in the health / weight loss niche?
