Hello!

My Main Keyword is available as an ExactMatch.ws Domain...
Are these Domains any good for SEO? Does it make a big difference to net/org/com ?
Alternatively I could register ExactMatch24.net /org or something similar...

Which one would you prefer and why?

It's called EMD, exact matching domain. SEO makes a difference, .COM, .NET, .ORG in that order.
