Exact Match Domain (EMD)

Hi, please gimme some quick advice here

I found a Exact Match Domain name. In the Google Keyword tool it says it gets 60,500 monthly searches.
Should I believe this, and, should I buy it or should I do some more research?

you should do research, how hard the niche is to rank an stuff , EMD are not that good these days
 
How can i do this research? its a generalized therms. actually, the domain name is very similar to forsaleusa but in my local language, so i could still make add on domains i guess.

what do you think?

On the side of the Google Adwords tool it says "Match Types." Untick "Broad" and tick "Exact." Does it still say 60,500?
 
I unticked "broad" and ticked "exact" and now it says only 110 monthly searches... what do you guys think? thats a big difference

but if i tick in "phrase" it says "18,100" searches...

The only one that matters for SEO is exact.
 
Well nobody searches "for sale usa", people search "for sale usa real estate", "for sale usa cars", etc. This is why you see such a big difference. If you buy "forsaleusa.com" its not gonna help you much with "for sale usa real estate".
 
As mentioned about it's the 'exact' option that is the one that matters. 110 searches per month is pretty low for your main keyword but if there's other related keywords with higher search volume that you can rank as inner pages then it may be an option.
 
carsfor-sale is a good example i can give you guys. would it be good for EMD searches? lets say this is the only available domain for this term


sorry but i can't post domain names here, its very frustrating, the examples i'm giving come with the most popular domain extension, but i can't post the extenions here

or another good example would be forsalecars basicly just turning the search term which most people write around. would it make any difference?

EMD is "carsforsale". Any variation of it - is not EMD. However, "carsfor-sale.com" is easier to rank than "planesforsale.com" if you concentrate on the "cars for sale" keyword.

If you get EMD, you get bonus and it becomes even easier to rank than "carsfor-sale".

Because you go for the "cars for sale" keyword. :-) If you go for "planes for sale" keyword then "planesforsale" is easier to rank.
 
Okay, but heres a good question. What does google think about this sign ' ?

As in French for example, this ' sign is used alot...?

Its actually easy to answer - you cant register a domain with that sign inside. :-)

What do you think about a EMD domain name with 720 monthly searches on Google Adwords tool and with Low competition.

is it worth buying?

It depends on the keyword. For example, 720 people monthly search for "spartacus" - most likely they are searching for information and are not likely to buy anything you offer. On the other hand, 720 people monthly search for "spartacus t-shirt" these are buyers, they are all yours.
 
What I want to do is just buy these domain names and put a few pages of information on it so Google will like the page and then put Google Adsense links on it

so basicly I want to make money with Adsense on these websites, without really updating the content
