Exact Match Anchor Texts on T2's, T3's???

Hey everyone. So I'm not super experienced with tiered link building cause I mainly use high quality PBN's and SAPE (which don't require tiers).

So my question is: do you use your money anchor texts on T2's and T3's, etc??

I know to never do this on T1's, especially with web 2.0's, but I know a year ago or so some people did insanely high anchor text ratios on higher level tier's to make the lower tiers look more relevant to the money site's main keyword, therefore passing "relevant" juice.

I prefer to use a high percentage of LSI keywords on lower tiers to push relevance.

Exact match or money keyword anchor text is not important in 2nd and 3rd tier links. Use it only in your highest quality links that point directly to your site, such as PBN posts.

And no, I don't use them. I use a combination of related long tail and generic keywords.
