Ex-friend damaging reputation and honor

Hello everyone, I have an ex-friend who has betrayed me recently for money matters. He paid an economic indemnity and when he found out, he began to distance himself and only stayed by interest. Now I try to make life difficult, publishing freelancer projects in my geographical area, registering my number in advertising campaigns, publishing my phone on erotic websites ... And all this has been for economic issues. Besides, he is talking badly about me, behind my back, making people who do not know me have a bad image of me.
